I ordered two shampoos and never received them and I havent heard anything about a refund or replacement.So unsubscribe me as I do not like paying for things that do not come.

I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Ethical Superstore. I’ve found their customer service to be pretty good whenever I’ve needed to use it. Have you contacted them directly to let them know the order hadn’t arrived? I’m sure they’d send you the order again if you do.
